Duties Assist drivers with vehicle breakdowns by providing on-the-spot repairs or support Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire changes, jump-starts, and fluid top-offs Operate diagnostic equipment like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues Follow safety protocols during roadside assistance to ensure personal and customer safety Maintain clean and organized work areas, including tools and equipment storage Communicate clearly with customers to explain services provided and next steps Document all service activities accurately for record-keeping and reporting purposes Experience No prior experience required; training provided to develop necessary skills Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory—training will cover essential concepts Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and vehicle maintenance procedures is advantageous Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters is beneficial but not essential—training will be provided Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques Good communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members This role offers an energetic environment where your enthusiasm and willingness to learn can lead to rewarding growth opportunities.
