Marina Service Technician

Hiring for a Marina Service Technician at a small marina in Pocasset, MA. The marina has boat storage, boat and motor maintenance, hauling and launching and slip and moorings. All shifts are Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with the following tasks:

• Launching boats on a rail system
• Hauling boats on a rail system
• Working on motor repairs and upkeep (outboard motor maintenance)
• General powerboat and sailboat maintenance (bottom painting, shrink wrapping, basic marine electronics, etc.)
• Stepping sailboat masts
• Transporting boats using a hydraulic trailer Valuable skills/certifications which are helpful but not required:
• CDL license
• Hoisting license
• Rail system boat launching experience
• Mast stepping experience
• Outboard motor maintenance experience
• Customer management experience Both full time and part time opportunities are available.
