Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Technician, where your mechanical expertise and passion for powersports vehicles will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of powersports equipment—including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and Sand cars—ensuring each vehicle performs at its peak. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute to a fun, fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering top-tier service and quality workmanship. Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive and powersports-specific tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine issues. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various powersports vehicles, including engine rebuilds, brake repairs, suspension work, and assembly. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with precision, ensuring all components meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed service records, update repair logs, and communicate findings clearly to customers or team members. Assist with vehicle inspections, routine maintenance tasks, and parts replacement to keep vehicles in optimal condition. Support sales efforts by explaining repair procedures or product features to customers interested in upgrades or new purchases. Proven dealership experience or service technician background in powersports or automotive repair environments. Strong mechanical knowledge of engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical components. Hands-on experience with diagnostics tools and troubleshooting procedures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and assembly processes. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines including brake repair, suspension adjustments, and general repairs. Prior mechanic experience in a dealership or specialized repair shop is highly preferred.
