Full-Time Start Your Career in the Railroad Industry Road & Rail Services is hiring a dependable, safety-focused Railcar Preparation & Inspection Technician for our Wentzville operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to build experience in the logistics and railroad industries. In this position, you will inspect and prepare railcars before they are used to transport vehicles. Your work will help prevent vehicle damage, identify maintenance concerns, and keep daily rail operations moving safely and efficiently. This position is performed primarily outdoors and requires working in changing weather conditions. Previous railroad experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for reliable individuals who are willing to learn, follow established procedures, and contribute to a team-oriented workplace.
