Duties :

Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and air conditioner units. Ensure the reliability of back up equipment for emergency use. Complete all general casino repairs. Equipment installation. Establish and follow effective maintenance schedules. Respond promptly to the needs of management and the property. Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure to management.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent preferred. Experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and metal fabrication preferred. Clean DMV Record. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs as needed. Ability to perform minor demolition projects. Ability to work around electrical, water and gas feed lines. Ability to work with the following physical demands: Stand, walk and bend for long periods of time. Be able to consistently lift 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders. Ability to work in elevations. Ability to maneuver safely on the catwalk.
