Thank you. 330-457-0304 Duties Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops. Operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform basic welding tasks as needed for equipment maintenance. General equipment maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop work areas, barn areas housing our dairy and beef animals. Utilize forklifts for transporting materials or products around the work site. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Requirements Experience needed. Ability to operate hand tools effectively; experience with heavy equipment operation is desirable. Willingness to learn welding techniques if not already skilled. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
