Role:

Lube Thru in Colmar, PA is looking for a motivated Oil Change Technician to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career in a hands-on environment where efficiency and quality service are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities:

Perform quick and accurate oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models Inspect and top off essential fluids including coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and other key components Communicate vehicle inspection findings and service recommendations to customers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the service bay Work efficiently as part of a team to minimize customer wait times Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer service guidelines

Requirements:

Prior automotive service or oil change experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and under-hood components Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Valid driver's license required
