Job Description
Join a Growing RV Service Team We are seeking a motivated and dependable RV Service Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in RV repair, automotive repair, marine service, construction trades, HVAC, electrical, or general maintenance. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands, and solving mechanical and technical problems, we'd like to hear from you. RV experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections Install accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket equipment Troubleshoot customer concerns and recommend solutions Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with service advisors and team members to deliver excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications Experience as an RV Technician, Automotive Technician, Marine Technician, HVAC Technician, Electrician, Maintenance Technician, or similar skilled trade Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to read and follow technical instructions Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Paid training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Stable, year-round employment Supportive team environment Employee discounts and benefits available Why Work With Us?
