What You'll Be Doing Oil changes and scheduled maintenance Building/ setting up new machines as they are needed -from pontoons to PWCs Tires, batteries and basic service work Vehicle inspections and setup Entry-level mechanical repairs Learning diagnostics and more advanced repairs as your skills develop Working alongside experienced Powersports technicians Receiving paid OEM and factory training Opportunities for advancement
Requirements:
What You Need Basic mechanical knowledge Your own basic mechanics tools Ability to safely use those tools A strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn Ability to take direction and work as part of a team No MMI degree required. No years of dealership experience required. No previous Powersports experience required. Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
