Full Job Description Experienced Transmission Rebuilder Location:

Norfolk, VA | Full-Time |

On-Site Schedule:

8 AM-6 PM, Monday-Friday. No weekends, no on-call!

Pay:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience (range of $25-$48 hour). Expertise is rewarded with top pay.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience rebuilding and repairing transmissions — this is a must Own your own tools for the job A dependable, driven, "get it done right" mindset Positive attitude and openness to new challenges

What You'll Do:

Rebuild and repair automatic and manual transmissions from the ground up Diagnose transmission issues and perform full remove-and-repair work Support the broader shop team with general automotive repair as needed (brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel/ignition, electrical, AC, and computer systems) What sets this opportunity apart: Higher earning potential based on your skill and experience level Direct mentorship from ownership, with a path toward added responsibility and leadership Paid training and structured onboarding sets you up for success Weekly pay A small, stable, tight-knit team that's been together for the long haul Second chances matter here — candidates with prior convictions are welcome to apply.
