Surf Thru Express Car Wash is seeking driven individuals for a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician for our Pasco/Kennewick locations in Washington . The duties/responsibilities of this position are: Perform a wide range of duties related to installing and maintaining machinery and backroom equipment Travel between stores and provide routine scheduled maintenance and unscheduled breakdown repairs Build trusting relationships with the maintenance and operations team through our culture of accountability Troubleshoot, resolve, and test electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic issues Read and interpret manuals, work orders, schematics, and other equipment documentation Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment as needed Comply with all safety guidelines, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times Work efficiently and effectively when juggling multiple projects Follow all appearance, uniform, and grooming standards Perform other duties as assigned by the

Maintenance Team Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of moderate-to-advanced level experience in breakdown industrial and production maintenance preferred Moderate experience in at least four of the following competencies Electrical Mechanical aptitude Hydraulics Welding Pneumatics Plumbing Strong written and oral communication skills Positive attitude; ability to be flexible when adopting new processes and procedures Comfortable working independently and as a member of a team Dedication to honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct Strong time management skills and experience with planning and troubleshooting Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, off-production hours, and on-call hours Ability to work indoors or outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, see variations in color, and climb and work from ladders Possess and maintain a valid driver's license Car wash experience is not required Compensation for these positions will vary depending upon experience.
