Founded in 2016, we are a small, growing company that has evolved into a premier firm specializing in complex structural assessments of bridges, waterfront facilities and ancillary structures, often using commercial diving and rope-access methods worldwide. We are a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team that balances a collaborative office culture with high-stakes field precision. If you are a dedicated professional looking for a safety-focused, technically elite company that genuinely invests in its people, eO is your next career destination. Our comprehensive compensation package includes a base 40-hour exempt salary plus straight-time pay for additional billable field hours, a 401(k) company match up to 4%, a minimum of two weeks paid time off (PTO), and seven paid holidays. We also offer 85% employer-paid medical coverage for your entire family, which can be substituted for an additional two weeks of PTO if you already have health coverage.
