Job Description

Busy Property Management Company with homes all over the Las Vegas valley is in need of property inspector.

Requirements:

Must own vehicle
Must have valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Ability to pass Background and Drug test

Job Description:

You will be doing inspections on homes occupied and vacant.

You will be trained on how to drain a hot water heater for preventative maintenance and how to use the necessary tools to do so. You will be making appointments and helping in the office as well. You will be required to take pictures and report back to management with any concerns that you observe. We will also need you to help with phones and misc. office work.

$15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
