Compensation:
$65,000 - $95,000
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough sewer scope inspections to ensure the safety and quality of home systems. Collaborate with clients to provide clear, actionable insights from inspection findings. Utilize advanced technology to document and report inspection results accurately. Taking Air Quality samples, Mold Samples, & Asbestos Sampling. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to prevent future problems. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during inspections.
Qualifications:
Experience in conducting comprehensive sewer scope inspections with a focus on safety and quality. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, providing clear and actionable insights from inspection findings. Proven track record of utilizing advanced technology to document and report inspection results accurately. An understanding of Sewer lines, materials, issues, sewer equipment, and sewer installation. Familiarity with taking air quality, mold, and asbestos samples, ensuring precise and reliable data collection. Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning. Strong communication skills to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction through effective team collaboration. Ability to identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future problems, ensuring client peace of mind.
