Lead Cleaning Technician Divine Cleaning - 3.7 Modesto, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $23 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Performance management Driver's License Driving Cleaning Quality audits Full Job Description Overview The Quality Control Lead Cleaning Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleaning and operational efficiency are maintained. This position involves managing and supporting contractors and employees, conducting quality inspections, providing training, and serving as the primary point of contact for quality control matters. As a key member of our team, you will oversee quality control across residential homes, apartment complexes, and commercial properties in Modesto, CA, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Control & Inspections Conduct final quality control checks to ensure all cleaning meets company standards. Re-clean areas that do not meet quality expectations. Communicate inspection results and provide constructive feedback to employees and contractors. Report quality concerns and corrective measures to management promptly. 2. Cleaning Duties Perform cleaning assignments daily as part of your responsibilities. Perform daily cleaning assignments as the primary function of this role, with the majority of time spent actively cleaning as a main function of this role. 3. Contractor & Employee Management Uphold company values and standards by managing and correcting contractor/employee performance and behavior. Act as the primary liaison between on-site teams, management, and administrative staff regarding quality control and on-site team management. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and Quality First . 4. Communication & Coordination Clearly convey quality expectations to contractors and employees. On occasion facilitate the exchange of keys, manage errands, and handle logistical support for operations. Maintain effective communication throughout the workday to ensure alignment between teams. 5. Training & Onboarding Train new employees in cleaning procedures and quality standards. Provide ongoing support to employees and contractors to reinforce training and expectations. Qualifications Strong experience in the cleaning industry, particularly with move-out cleans and residential cleans. Background in quality control, assurance, and conducting quality audits/inspections. Proficiency in quality management systems and processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead with empathy and positivity. Comfortable driving between multiple locations daily. Additional Requirements Reliable Vehicle and a Valid Driver's License (essential for travel between assignments).
Typical Schedule Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekend shifts are occasionally available if seeking additional hours. Job Types Part-time, optional Full-time hours

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
