Duties Help This position is the focal point for compilion, maintenance, and applicion of informion pertaining to the AASF logistics capability and capacity to maintain aircraft availability and readiness and advises the AASF Logistics Management Officer/Supervisory Maintenance Test Pilot on mters pertaining to maintenance logistics management production. Analyzes alloced Flying Hour Program (FHP). Develops plans to optimize execution of flying hours with available resources to sisfy operional and training requirements of the AASF and supported units. Analyzes supported Aviion units' logistics capabilities and training requirements. Develops maintenance plans to maximize AASF services to maintain aircraft readiness. Develops schedules of aircraft and hours to be flown to sisfy the AASF operional aircraft requirements. Develops integred workload schedules and priorities to balance operional and training flying requirements and logistics capabilities. Uses Unit Level Logistics System-Aviion (ULLS-A) to facilite management of AASF logistics operions. Serves as contact point between the Logistics Manager/Supervisory Maintenance Test Pilot and work centers. Coordines Maintenance Test Flights (MTF) and Maintenance Operional Checks (MOC) to ensure optimum availability of ready aircraft. Coordines and publishes maintenance plans and schedules. Collects da, processes, and submits Aircraft Inventory Stus and Flying Time Report (DA Form 1352) as well as da and informion pertaining to Unit Stus Reports (USR). Maintains historical documention and current AASF logistics capabilities and capacities. Interfaces with AASF Logistics, Flight Operions and Training, United Stes Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO) and supported units for accomplishing priorities and deadlines established by higher authorities or supported units. Serves as a point of contact (POC) with NGB, AMCOM, AVCRAD, ste, and supported units on mters of AASF logistical services. Performs other duties as assigned.
