Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Lead to serve as the primary on-site authority for Mission Rehearsal Training (MRT) and Assault Zone support. This is a leadership role that combines full site management with the requirement to remain fully qualified and current as an MRT Ground Party / Assault Zone Operator. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal point of contact with the COR, government schedulers, aircrews, and range authorities.
  • Manage the site workforce to ensure qualified coverage five days per week, with the ability to surge to six days per week twice per month, while strictly enforcing the 40-hour work-week limit.
  • Optimize cross-utilization of personnel across MRT Ground Party and Assault Zone roles.
  • Maintain training, qualification, and currency records for the team.
  • Prepare and submit all required deliverables and oversee equipment, vehicles, COMSEC/OPSEC, and safety programs.
  • Regularly perform operational duties as a fully qualified Operator to maintain personal currency, support surges, and fill shortfalls. Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Fully meet Analyst-Operator qualifications (10 years as a JTAC or 10 years as an active-duty rated aircrew: Pilot, CSO/WSO with strong SOF experience preferred).
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
  • Valid driver's license; ability to obtain
CDL + HAZMAT

  • Physical ability to perform duties in austere, night, and inclement conditions.

FAA JO 7110.65.

These qualifications are obtained through

training and local certification. While the Site Lead is expected to hold these qualifications, not every Operator on the team is required to be dual-qualified in MRT Ground Party and full

Position Overview We are hiring qualified Operators to support AFSOC Mission Rehearsal Training (MRT) and Assault Zone (LZ/DZ) operations. Personnel will be utilized across roles to provide flexible coverage within the 40-hour work-week limit and during surge periods. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform as a member of MRT Ground Party teams (JTAC/GFC emulation, friendly and OPFOR role-playing, secure/unsecure communications, pyrotechnics, threat emulators, lasers, etc.).
  • Perform Assault Zone duties as Landing Zone Controller (LZC), Drop Zone Controller (DZC), Landing Zone Safety Officer (LZSO), or Drop Zone Safety Officer (DZSO) when assigned.
  • Conduct surveys, marking, marshalling, limited weather observations, and range safety duties.
  • Operate terrain-capable vehicles and maintain required qualifications for explosives handling when needed.
  • Support day/night operations (majority night) in austere conditions. Minimum Qualifications (All Candidates)
  • 10 years in the JTAC career field or 10 years as an active-duty rated aircrew (minimum 3 years SOF pilot/CSO/WSO preferred).
  • Strong experience with SOF procedures, TTPs, and radio communications (UHF/VHF/FM/HF/SATCOM, A-TAC/Link-16).
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
  • Valid driver's license; willingness to obtain
CDL + HAZMAT

endorsement if required for the role.

  • Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs and work in austere/night/inclement conditions.
  • Complete required local training and certifications within 30 days of start.
