Job Summary Our growing MRO facility in Miami is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to oversee our inspection processes and ensure all maintenance activities meet FAA airworthiness standards. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-inspection, in-process, and final QC inspections on airframe and component work.
• Cross-check maintenance records, work packages, and parts certification for accuracy.
• Interpret and apply manufacturer manuals (CMM, SRM, IPC) and engineering data.
• Identify and log discrepancies, tracking corrective action through closure.
• Support internal quality audits and help drive process improvements.
• Coordinate closely with our technicians and shop leads to keep jobs on schedule and in compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in aviation maintenance or quality inspection.
• Working knowledge of FAA Part 145 repair station requirements.
• A&P license a plus, but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail with strong recordkeeping skills.
• Comfortable with inspection software and technical documentation.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team coordination.
