Job Description
Job summary: Lead Operator is a full-time/Part-time seasonal winter position. Lead Operators are responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests and staff while they are loading, riding, and unloading chairlifts and conveyors according to all protocols. Lead Operators are responsible for getting their lift open on time, ensuring their lift is operating within Brundage Mountain Resort and ANSI standards, leading a team of three to five other Operators, and closing their lift within those same standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Be to work on time daily. Ensure required daily paperwork is completed. Communicate all operational needs to Supervisors or Manager. Work diligently to support your team and maintain your lift and work area. Coordinate shift rotations and ride breaks. Ability to respond to and report all chairlift related, guest, and employee incidents at the time of occurrence.
