Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Scale Operator to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Weigh in and out all the log trucks & flatbed trucks that come on site
  • Document weights accurately for record-keeping purposes
  • Use scale computer software to print out logger tickets
  • Reconcile tickets that are turned in from truck drivers on a daily basis
  • Keep track of lumber loads that come from the sawmill every day
  • Backup duties as necessary for the Office Manager Skills
  • Proficiency in basic math for accurate weight calculations
  • Proficiency with a computer using Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
  • Work in busy environment
