Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Scale Operator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Weigh in and out all the log trucks & flatbed trucks that come on site
- Document weights accurately for record-keeping purposes
- Use scale computer software to print out logger tickets
- Reconcile tickets that are turned in from truck drivers on a daily basis
- Keep track of lumber loads that come from the sawmill every day
- Backup duties as necessary for the Office Manager Skills
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate weight calculations
- Proficiency with a computer using Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
- Work in busy environment
