THE JOB:
The Facilities Systems Operator will be responsible for all inbound calls and dispatching engineers. The candidate will set the stage for guest experience with a welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and need, the candidate will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE
$21.00 Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Answer all incoming calls concerning maintenance and repairs needed on property and at off-site locations Input call details into computer system (e.g. HotSOS) Assign work to Engineering employees Respond to life safety system and fire alarm panel, locates area of alarm and dispatches it to Engineering personnel to take action Record all personnel call-ins and forwards to appropriate staff Maintain dispatch log of all activities performed throughout the day Maintain an accurate accounting of time and activities in emergency situations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Dispatch experience 6+ Months of Prior Administrative experience Must be able to work on part time/on call schedule Availability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays preferred
