You will be responsible for the final stage of the production cycle: loading finished fertilizer products into railcars. This role requires precision, comfort with heights, and the ability to operate specialized rail equipment. Key Responsibilities •

Technical Loading:

Work on elevated platforms (above railcars) to monitor the distribution, weight, and flow of finished fertilizer product. •

Quality Control:

Act as the final eyes on the product, monitoring for contamination and ensuring every car meets shipping standards. •

Remote Locomotive Operation:

Use remote-control technology (Trackmobile/Beltpack) to move the train string forward and position cars for loading. • Safety at
