Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Traffic Control Technician where you will play a vital role in ensuring safety and smooth traffic flow around active construction sites. This for an immediate hiring need! Occasional night and/or weekend work may be required. Responsibilities Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic around construction zones using clear hand signals, signs, and flagging equipment. Maintain constant awareness of construction activities and communicate effectively with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed. Set up appropriate signage, barriers, and warning devices to alert drivers and pedestrians of upcoming hazards or detours. Monitor site conditions continuously, adjusting traffic control measures as needed to accommodate changing worksite activities. Deliver traffic control equipment to job sites ensuring safe transport of equipment. Assist in pavement striping operations. Experience Prior experience working as a traffic control flagger or in a construction-related role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate..
