The Lead Trainer is capable of supervising the installation of worksites, identifying any non-compliant aspects of a worksite and can oversee/train other employees while in the field. Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Must be able to stand for extended period of time (8+ hrs) Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment Exhibit good judgment in the field, including safe work practices around live traffic and adhere to company policy at all times Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements Must have forklift experience for loading/unloading materials Cooperative team player attitude Accurately fill out timecards, equipment installation tickets, read and implement traffic control plans Communicate effectively with both clients and other field staff Other duties as assigned by

Branch Manager Required:

High School Diploma, college courses preferred 2+ years' experience in traffic control or related industry Must be able to work nights/weekends as requested Must be able to travel out of town as needed, provided ample notice is given Compensation/ Benefits Offered Hourly pay based on experience.
