Job Description
Shop Hand We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop Hand to work alongside our Shop Manager and help keep our trucks, equipment, and shop maintained, clean, and organized. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and basic preventative maintenance Grease and lube trucks and equipment Wash and clean tow trucks Clean and organize the shop Keep tools, equipment, and supplies properly put away Assist the Shop Manager with repairs and maintenance Help inspect trucks and identify maintenance needs Pick up parts and supplies when needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with other shop duties as assigned What We're Looking For Dependable and shows up on time Willing to work and stay productive Mechanically inclined Able to follow instructions Organized and takes pride in keeping the shop clean Comfortable working around trucks and heavy equipment Willing to learn Works well as part of a team Mechanical experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and wants to learn.
