Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Lot Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our lot services. Duties Supervise the daily operations of the lot, ensuring smooth vehicle movement and guest services Coordinate with dealership staff and delivery drivers to facilitate timely vehicle arrivals and departures Assist guests with parking, retrieving vehicles, and providing directions or information as needed Maintain safety protocols by monitoring lot conditions, managing traffic flow, and enforcing parking policies Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed cash handling records Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards Requirements Proven experience in dealership operations, retail math, or customer service roles such as cashiering or delivery driving Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members Valid driver's license Ability to operate a vehicle safely in various conditions and manage manual transmission vehicles confidently Bilingual skills are preferred to assist a diverse customer base effectively Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for cash handling and retail transactions Join us as a Lot Manager and play a vital role in delivering outstanding service while leading a dedicated team.
