The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles. They will also aim to provide exceptional customer service, resulting in a tip based income vs. the base pay. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Valet Attendant will make a base pay plus tips which averages out to the listed Pay range. Duties Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist them with parking their vehicles. Safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring proper handling of both manual transmission and automatic vehicles. Provide valet parking services, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Maintain clear communication with guests regarding parking procedures and any relevant information. Handle cashless transactions with a basic understanding of cashless payment forms. Assist in managing the flow of traffic in the parking area to ensure safety and efficiency. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, delivering excellent customer service at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience within the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong driving skills with experience in both manual transmission and automatic vehicles.
