Outside Member Services Big Creek Country Club | Mountain Home, Arkansas Position Overview Big Creek Country Club is looking for a dependable and friendly individual to join our golf operations team as an Outside Member Services team member. This position plays an important role in the overall experience of our members and guests. Our Outside Member Services staff are often among the first and last people members and guests interact with when visiting the club , making great service, professionalism, and attention to detail essential. Golf experience is helpful, but not required . We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Schedule 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM Five days per week Primarily afternoon and evening shifts Schedule may include weekends and club events Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Stage and prepare golf carts for daily play Assist with loading and unloading golf bags Clean, wash, charge, and properly store golf carts Pick the driving range and maintain range-ball inventory Keep the cart barn, staging area, and practice facilities clean and organized Assist members and guests with their golf equipment when needed Make sure carts and outside facilities are prepared for the following day Assist the Golf Professional Staff with daily golf operations Complete assigned closing duties each evening Stay productive during slower periods by identifying tasks that need attention Qualifications Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with members and guests Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting golf bags, moving carts, and picking the driving range Golf knowledge is helpful, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of providing excellent service.
