Position:
Parking Team Lead (Part Time - Hourly) Reports to: Parking Manager Job Summary The Parking Team Lead supports the Parking Management Team by guiding Parking Attendants and ensuring a smooth operation throughout event days at State Farm Stadium, WestWorld, and Spring Training Fields. This position is responsible for managing a designated section or zone, assisting with equipment setup, enforcing parking protocols, and supporting guest service delivery. The Parking Team Lead is a critical link between frontline staff and site leadership and reports to the Site Supervisor or Parking Manager. Primary Job Duties Provide on-the-ground leadership to Parking Attendants and Cashiers within an assigned lot or zone Ensure Parking Attendants are informed, supported, and executing their responsibilities accurately Set up and break down parking equipment, such as barricades, signage, cones, and lighting Assist with opening and closing procedures for lots Guide guests in and out of parking areas using hand signals, lighted poles, and verbal direction Communicate with Supervisor to report issues, guest feedback, or staffing needs Answer guest questions or redirect them appropriately for assistance Serve as a positive role model and uphold Insignia's customer service standards Other duties as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties and responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job. Qualifications/Requirements Must be at least 16 years old High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure Excellent communication and organizational skills Previous experience in parking, events, or customer service strongly preferred Comfortable leading a small team and giving clear instructions Ability to handle high volume workload in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a start-up environment Flexibility with work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends Ability to work in extreme environments (ex: loud environments) All offers of employment at Insignia Event Services are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background check.
