In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining vehicle cleanliness, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring the lot remains organized and inviting for customers. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every visitor while supporting the overall operation of our auto facility. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop automotive industry skills and be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Safely operate standard passenger cars and light vehicles within the lot, ensuring smooth movement and parking. Perform exterior vehicle washing, cleaning, and detailing to uphold high standards of vehicle presentation. Use automotive buffers and cleaning equipment to correct paint imperfections and achieve a polished look. Assist with vehicle interior detailing, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain vehicle exterior cleanliness through washing, buffing, and applying protective treatments as needed. Support heavy lifting tasks related to moving vehicles or equipment safely around the lot. Follow safe work practices at all times, including proper use of janitorial and custodial tools and equipment. Skills Experience operating standard passenger cars with confidence and safety awareness. Knowledge of auto detailing techniques such as buffing, paint correction, and interior cleaning. Familiarity with vehicle wash systems, automotive buffers, and cleaning equipment used in auto detailing facilities. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with visitors and team members. Understanding of safe work practices within an auto detailing or janitorial environment. Prior experience in auto detailing or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
