Responsibilities Perform exterior washing and detailing of vehicles using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques Operate standard passenger cars safely, including manual transmissions, ensuring proper handling at all times Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing to restore vehicle appearance using automotive buffers and polishing tools Maintain vehicle cleanliness by cleaning interiors, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and applying protective treatments Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving vehicles or equipment safely around the lot Keep the lot organized by managing vehicle flow, parking, and ensuring designated areas are tidy and accessible Follow safe work practices consistently to prevent accidents or damage during all duties Skills Experience operating standard passenger cars with manual transmissions safely Knowledge of auto detailing processes including buffing, paint correction, and interior cleaning Familiarity with vehicle exterior washing techniques and cleaning equipment Strong understanding of safe work practices in an automotive or janitorial environment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Prior experience in auto detailing facilities or car washes is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with customers or team members when needed This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their automotive knowledge while maintaining a clean and professional lot environment.
