00 per hour Full-Time MPS Auto Sales is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic individual to support our Recon department and help keep our dealership lot organized, clean, and ready for sales. This is a hands-on operational position . We are looking for someone who can receive a task, complete it correctly and efficiently, report back, and move immediately to the next priority. Responsibilities Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and presentable. Move and park vehicles throughout the lot as directed. Transport vehicles to and from emissions, body shops, repair shops, tire shops, glass shops, tint shops, detail shops, and other vendors. Pick up automotive parts, materials, and supplies. Assist the Recon department with physical and operational tasks. Prepare vehicles for photography, display, repairs, test drives, or customer delivery. Install basic parts and accessories such as: Windshield wipers Floor mats Emblems Trim pieces License plates and frames Basic light bulbs Inflate tires or jump-start vehicles when needed. Remove trash or perform basic vehicle cleanup when necessary. Report any visible vehicle issues immediately. Report back as soon as each task is completed and request the next assignment. What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual. Strong work ethic. Able to work with a sense of urgency. Able to follow instructions and priorities. Comfortable staying active throughout the workday. Careful and responsible when driving customer and dealership vehicles. Comfortable performing physical work. Able to work outdoors in Arizona weather. Valid driver's license required. Acceptable driving record. Dependable and consistent. Experience Previous experience in a dealership, lot attendant position, automotive recon, detailing, body shop, or automotive environment is a plus, but not required .
