Position Summary:

The Valet Cashier is responsible for processing valet parking payments, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and providing friendly and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide clear information regarding parking fees and procedures. Handle all keys being checked in and checked out. Process customer payments using POS systems, cash registers, or handheld devices. Issue tickets and receipts for valet service, ensuring all details are logged correctly. Balance cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, reporting discrepancies to management. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve basic complaints, or escalate issues when needed. Maintain a neat and organized cashier station. Communicate with valet attendants to ensure prompt vehicle retrieval for guests. Follow all company procedures related to cash handling and data entry.

Qualifications:

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred. Basic math and computer skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
