Full Job Description Job Purpose:

The PT Valet Attendant at

SELIG PARKING

is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficient parking solutions to guests. The role involves safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas while adhering to company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring safety and accessibility. Provide information and assistance to guests regarding parking options and facility amenities. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous Experience in a valet or parking attendant position is preferred

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage vehicle placements and keys Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail to ensure the safety and security of vehicles Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
