Overview The Doheny Plaza Association, a private residential condominium community in West Hollywood, is seeking a dependable and courteous Residential Valet Attendant for part-time or full-time employment. Our residential setting offers a generally calmer pace than hotel valet operations, with an emphasis on attentive service and getting to know the residents you serve. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing a warm welcome, handling vehicles carefully, and remaining attentive throughout their shift.
Pay:
Up to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. Duties Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally. Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following established procedures. Keep vehicle keys organized and secure, and release vehicles only to authorized individuals. Maintain orderly parking and valet areas and help keep vehicle and pedestrian access clear. Promptly report vehicle damage, incidents, and safety concerns to management. Communicate relevant information to coworkers during shift changes. Respect residents' privacy and handle their vehicles and belongings with care. Requirements Valid driver's license and ability to legally operate vehicles in California. Safe driving habits and confidence maneuvering passenger vehicles in a parking garage. Ability to speak and understand English sufficiently to communicate with residents, guests, coworkers, and management, understand service requests, and follow safety instructions. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a professional manner. Strong customer-service skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail. Ability to perform essential duties involving standing, walking, and entering and exiting vehicles, with or without reasonable accommodation.
