Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Valet / Traffic Control Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding guests to their destinations while ensuring smooth traffic flow and parking operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with parking vehicles efficiently using manual transmission or other types of vehicles as needed Direct traffic flow in parking areas to maintain safety and order at parking facilities Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about parking procedures and local amenities Safely operate vehicles within the parking lot, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately if applicable, including cashiering and retail math calculations Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate smooth operations Assist with general site safety checks and report any incidents or hazards immediately Qualifications Valid driver's license (DL) with a clean driving record (K4). Must be able to clear background check and e-verify. Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations. Experience in customer service is highly preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management. Knowledge of parking regulations and traffic control procedures. $21.00 per hour
