This role does

The attendant will assist patrons, monitor parking areas, and maintain a safe and orderly environment.

• Responsibilities
• + Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance + Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces + Monitor parking areas for safety, cleanliness, and compliance + Answer customer questions regarding parking procedures, rates, or locations + Assist with basic parking equipment or ticket validation as needed + Report issues, incidents, or violations to supervisors promptly + Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times •Qualifications•+ No driving required; valid driver's license •not necessary•+ Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods + Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record + Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions + Ability to follow instructions and work independently •Physical Requirements•+ Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally + Ability to work in an active, outdoor environment
