This includes making an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our customers in a positive and friendly manner and giving the guest the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service.

  • 3 PM Responsibilities Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times. If needed
  • safely operate vehicles to minimize the potential for accidents.
Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage. Ensures all team members provide exceptional guest experiences by smiling at, greeting, and helping every guest as they enter the garage. Sets the tone for the workplace by keeping an upbeat attitude. Must be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the team members and customers to enjoy. Remind team members always to use approved language choices. Communicate with other co-workers to inform each other of the organizational plan constructed when the shift is over. Always set an example by looking sharp and helping employees understand how to adhere to VPNE's uniform guidelines successfully. Oversee team members and keep a professional work area. A lead valet will train new valets, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively and safely.
Years of Experience:
Entry Level Language Skills:
Proficient in English, both verbally and written
Requirements:
Friendly and Outgoing Supervisory experience Able to smile during customer interactions Possess an upbeat personality, a willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic Maintain uniform standards when on job premises Ability to run and move quickly Ability to organize cars efficiently Ability to stand for long periods Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Be at least 18 years of age Possess a valid Driver's License in the state of residency Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check Ability to create relationships with customers Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider
