Job Description

As a Service Porter at our dealership, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of the service department by ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will be responsible for assisting customers, transporting vehicles, and maintaining cleanliness in the service area. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers and the success of our service department.
Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with checking in their vehicles for service appointments. Escort customers to the waiting area or shuttle service as needed. Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles and assist them with any inquiries or requests.
Vehicle Transport:
Drive vehicles to and from the service area, parking lots, and other dealership locations as required. Ensure that vehicles are parked in designated areas and arranged neatly to maximize space efficiency. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to prioritize vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the service area, including customer waiting areas, service bays, and service drive. Clean and vacuum vehicles before and after service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction. Empty trash bins, sweep floors, and perform other janitorial tasks to keep the service area clean and presentable.
