Your energetic and proactive approach will ensure our vehicles are well-organized, clean, and ready for customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be outdoors, engage with a variety of vehicles, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Whether you're moving cars around the lot, assisting with deliveries, or providing exceptional customer service, your efforts will directly impact our dealership's success and reputation. Responsibilities Safely move and park vehicles within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and organization according to lot layout and parking regulations Assist with vehicle cleaning, detailing, and light maintenance to keep cars presentable for customers Deliver vehicles to designated locations inside or outside the dealership, including test drives or customer pick-up areas Support guest services by greeting visitors, providing directions, and answering basic questions about vehicle availability Perform outdoor work tasks such as heavy lifting of vehicle parts or equipment and maintaining lot cleanliness Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for damage or safety issues and report findings promptly Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, deliveries, and lot inventory using dealership systems Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and comfortably for extended periods; outdoor work experience is a plus Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive operations is a plus but not required Cash handling or cashiering experience is beneficial for supporting sales transactions or delivery processes Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Join us as an Automotive Lot Porter and become an essential part of our vibrant team!
