In this lively role, you'll provide exceptional guest services by efficiently managing parking operations, assisting customers with their vehicles, and ensuring a smooth flow of traffic in outdoor settings. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting positive impression. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear directions for parking procedures Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission cars, within parking areas Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and quickly while maintaining high safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, valet booths and surrounding outdoor areas Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns promptly Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality environments is highly desirable Dealership or automotive service background is a plus, especially familiarity with standard passenger cars and manual transmissions Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse guests Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability and reliability Knowledge of parking regulations and traffic flow management is beneficial This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people, working outdoors, and taking pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
