ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week. A hotel bellman is a front-line hospitality professional responsible for assisting guests with luggage, providing information, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest experience.
Key Responsibilities Guest Assistance:
Greet guests upon arrival and departure, escort them to their rooms, and provide a detailed orientation of room features and hotel amenities.
Luggage Handling:
Safely transport luggage from the entrance to guest rooms and vice versa, carefully loading and unloading items, and managing storage and retrieval systems.
Information Provision:
Offer accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
Transportation Coordination:
Arrange taxis, shuttle services, and valet parking as needed.
Message and Delivery Services:
Deliver messages, mail, packages, and other items to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
Lobby and Entrance Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas, while monitoring for guest safety and security.
