From $21.00 per hour Job description: Valet Attendant/Bellman We are looking for a Hotel Valet/ Bell person to serve as liason between Hotel Front Desk Staff and Guests. Hotel Valet/ Bell person responsibilities include parking vehicles, delivering items to guests, covering Front Desk breaks, cleaning projects and occasional basic maintenance. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. This is a temporary position from approximately October through November. The hours are Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 3pm, and Monday and Tuesday from 3pm to 11pm. The hired person would have preferential permanent hiring status if a similar job became available. Responsibilities Safely park and retrieve vehicles Deliver items to guests in rooms Assist Front Desk or Housekeeping Staff as needed Cleaning projects Provide information about our hotel, the area, and amenities Help cover Front Desk breaks Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs Basic maintenance if maintenance staff unavailable Skills Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Requirements Driver's License (5 years minimum) Clean Driving Record (Current DMV Printout/MVR required to be presented)
