Lot Ambassador / Employee Stacking Valet The Lot Ambassador / Employee Stacking Valet is responsible for overseeing the 3333 PCH parking lot and helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient parking operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the entire property to ensure parking is being used by customers, tenants, visitors, and other authorized users of 3333 PCH. Help prevent unauthorized parking by individuals visiting businesses or destinations outside of the property. Professionally communicate parking rules and assist guests as needed. Monitor parking availability, traffic flow, and overall lot conditions. Assist Lido Marina Village employees using the designated employee parking program. Safely park, stack, and reposition employee vehicles when needed to maximize parking capacity. Maintain organized and secure control of vehicle keys. Report parking violations, safety concerns, or operational issues to management. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional parking environment.
