Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking in parking areas Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles with precision and care Assist with vehicle cleaning, light maintenance, and basic detailing as needed Support the service team by delivering vehicles to designated areas or to customers' locations Conduct outdoor work including heavy lifting of equipment or vehicle parts in various weather conditions Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth vehicle flow and customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the service area and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Qualifications Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions confidently and safely Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work for extended periods Experience working outdoors or in outdoor work environments preferred Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures is advantageous Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Cash handling, retail math, cashiering experience, or dealership background is beneficial but not required This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
