Driver's License Full Job Description Supervisor Job Summary:
Self-motivated individual who multi-tasks safety and operation of staff and facilities. Supervises staff during scheduled shifts. Provides assistance and support to Management. Serves as the main point of contact for staff. Patrol structures to ensure security and safety.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates knowledge of parking rules and regulations when addressing guest questions and concerns. Evening and Graveyard shift. Exhibits familiarity of local businesses, and amenities and is able to provide general directions. Organizes equipment and supplies. Patrol in a company vehicle to prevent and detect crime. Securing assigned posts during attendants on shift. Supervise front-line staff. Ensuring cashier reports are completed properly. Ensure money is deposited accordingly and retuned. Monitoring access to properties Vigilant watch for suspicious behavior Expected to keep intruders away. Coordinating with contracted security and local law enforcement to ensure the safety and security of facilities and attendants. Ensure the safety of property and prevent theft and other events. Write end-of-shift reports. Uses radio, phone, and email as a daily communication tool. Control traffic at entrance and exits, as needed. Other duties assigned and required as needed for operations. Job Qualifications Self-motivated individual, with a pleasant personality. Customer service and courtesy skills a must. Driver's license and clean driving record required. Must be able to clear a background check. Ability to communicate, read and write in English. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and quick learner. Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Must have great communication, listening and, teamwork skills. Has the ability to be flexible with schedule,
