Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the parking facility
  • Collect parking fees and provide accurate change using a cash register
  • Direct guests to available parking spaces
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns they may have
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking facility
  • Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Provide valet parking services when required
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
  • Previous experience in cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate cash handling
  • Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
  • Strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
