Job Description
Greet arriving golfers at the bag drop, unload clubs, and load bags onto carts Stage, stock, and organize the golf cart fleet before play; clean, charge, and return carts at the end of the day Keep carts stocked with scorecards, pencils, tees, towels, water, and sand bottles Pick and wash driving range balls, keep the range tee clean and set up, and maintain ball dispensers Clean golf clubs after rounds and return them to guests Keep the cart staging area, bag drop, and practice areas clean and orderly Assist with tournament setup: cart staging, signage, and player check-in support Perform basic cart checks (charge level, tire condition) and report any mechanical issues Support the pro shop team as needed during busy periods What We're Looking For Friendly, helpful attitude and comfort talking with guests all day Dependable and punctual — early morning shifts are the core of this job Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record Able to work outdoors in all weather, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable weekend and holiday availability Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required — we will train you Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the
