Native Oaks Golf Club located in Valley Center, CA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Outside Service Attendant ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation :
$16.90 - $17.90 per hour Position Overview Outside service staff will manage the preparation of golf cars for player use, as well as cleaning and prepping cars as they come off the course, while safely and properly storing them nightly. Prepare the range, upkeep range image throughout the day, close range at dusk. Properly clean, load, and store member and guest bags. Assist with player services, the bag drop, and getting players on and off the golf course.Key Responsibilities:
Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot. Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings. Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning. Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area. Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash area in a clean and orderly condition. Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf. Assists players by changing their golf spikes, if needed. Performs range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day. Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return. Assists with food and beverage event setup. Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Performs other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Driver's License. Must be available on weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays and at times extended hours.Other Qualifications:
