Duties Safely move and park customer vehicles, including standard passenger cars and light trucks, ensuring they are handled with care. Assist guests with vehicle retrieval, valet parking, and other guest services to enhance their dealership experience. Perform outdoor work such as vehicle cleaning, light maintenance checks, and yard organization to keep the premises tidy and inviting. Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services, maintaining proper cashiering procedures. Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address guest needs promptly. Support dealership staff by handling heavy lifting tasks such as moving parts or equipment when necessary. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude to reflect our commitment to excellent customer service. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger vehicles required. Ability to perform manual transmission driving confidently and safely. Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or valet parking is highly desirable. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; physically capable of heavy lifting. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in automotive service or dealership environments is a plus but not mandatory. Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Basic retail math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
